This weekend, Council Member Peter F. Vallone Jr. celebrated Memorial Day and honored our troops by marching in four Queens parades. On May 26th, Vallone marched in the Forest Hills, Maspeth and College Point Memorial Day
parades.

The Council Member continued celebrating on May 27th by joining thousands of Queens residents at the Little Neck-Douglaston parade – which is the largest Memorial Day parade in the country.

These parades are another way to remember those whose sacrifices in the past and present allow us to parade and enjoy this free country,” *said Council Member Vallone.
